All of us at the Oldfather Group are pleased to announce that we’ve added several more great agents to our growing team here at the Delaware and Maryland beaches.
With the local real estate markets remaining hot, and with our business continuing to grow, we look forward to this trio of great minds helping us to improve our customer service reach and build on our hard earned reputation here in the coastal region.
All three new additions to the team have come on board in recent months, adding their expertise to what is already one of the top producing real estate sales teams at the Delaware and Maryland beaches.
A native of New Jersey, Salerno obtained her Maryland real estate license in January of 2018 and her Delaware license in July of 2019.
Her focus is on the First State’s coastal regions, where she mentions the beach, the people and the area’s diverse restaurant scene as some of her favorite things about the Delaware beaches.
“I love this area and I love helping people find their dream home here in coastal Delaware,” says Salerno, who makes her home in the Long Neck area. “I enjoy real estate because it’s never boring and no two transactions are the same. I also get to meet all kinds of new people and work with them on various levels.”
Salerno compares buying a home at the Delaware beaches with finding a “pot of gold at the end of the rainbow” and loves helping clients find their forever beach home.
She began with the Oldfather Group in late summer and has already become an integral part of the firm’s growing sales team.
Living in the Newark area, Wyatt spent much of her career working in special education and made the transition into the world of real estate upon obtaining her license in the fall of 2013.
She’ll be focusing mainly on the northern Delaware markets from her home in Newark, with a planned move to Smyrna in the near future.
“I love that Delaware is small enough that I can travel the entire state in just a couple of hours and am close to just about everything,” Wyatt says. “I look forward to continuing to learn more about the real estate profession and assisting my clients to the best of my ability.”
Wyatt refers to Delaware’s low tax rates, as well as the growing infrastructure and the beaches as compelling reasons to purchase property in the area.
A native of Queens, New York, Nainani owned and operated his own sports memorabilia shop for 15 years before making the move to real estate.
He joined the Oldfather Group in late summer, focusing on residential properties at the Delaware beaches.
“I had heard great things about the Oldfather Group and I’m excited to be here as a member of this team,” says Nainani. “As for coastal Delaware, my favorite things are the beaches, the food and the tax-free shopping choices.”
Nainani currently lives in Milton and last year celebrated his 20th year living in the First State.
The Oldfather Group was founded in 2004 and specializes in real estate sales throughout coastal Delaware, including Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, as well as the coastal Maryland towns of Ocean City and Berlin and northern New Castle County.
