We love to welcome new agents and soon to be agents to our Oldfather Group team, but we admit to being a bit behind schedule on these official welcomes because of the ongoing drama surrounding the COVID-19 situation at the Delaware and Maryland beaches.
That being said, we’re going to attempt to alleviate that issue beginning today as we officially welcome three of the Oldfather Group’s newest real estate professionals to our growing team here in the coastal region.
All three of the individuals we’re featuring today have joined our team during a difficult situation, but are quickly making up for lost time and making huge contributions to the team as a whole.
So today, please help us welcome Kathy Iannucci, Jesse Westwood and Robert Mandel to the Oldfather Group family!
Kathy actually joins us as part of our Brandywine Fine Properties team, focusing on residential real estate sales in parts of eastern Pennsylvania, where she’s held her real estate license since 2012.
She joined the Oldfather Group earlier this year as a sort of new beginning, saying she “felt this was a gift and the answer to make a change both professionally and personally.”
Kathy states that one of the main things she loves about the real estate business is the opportunity to engage with her clients and help them find the dream home they’re searching for.
“It gives me great fulfillment to be able to guide people through the home purchase process, especially with first-time homebuyers,” she says. “Also, I love the flexibility it gives me, being able to work from home while still being productive in real estate.”
Kathy Iannucci lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with her husband Al. The Iannuccis have two daughters, one son and a dog named George.
Jesse Westwood joined the Oldfather Group team earlier this year, after moving from the state of Washington.
He points to the Oldfather Group’s impressive online presence as a reason for joining the team upon relocating to Delaware and transferring his real estate license from the west coast.
“I was wanting to join a company that was ahead of the curve and the Oldfather Group presented that opportunity to me,” he says. “I was honestly surprised when I got the call for an interview, but I’m glad I did.”
Jesse has a background as a Realtor, as well as a real estate photographer. A Delaware native, he’s happy to be back in the First State working in the industry he’s grown to love.
A self-described “people person,” Jesse has quickly become a solid member of the Oldfather Group team.
“I really love getting to meet new people and helping them solve their problems,” says Westwood. “Being able to make things happen and seeing their faces when things work out is a great reminder for me of why I do what I do.”
Robert Mandel has held his real estate license in neighboring Pennsylvania since 2008 and joined the Oldfather Group earlier this year.
He’s still awaiting his Delaware real estate license, but is contributing to the team in the interim by assisting other agents and completing mandatory training classes.
He’s grown to love coastal Delaware, singling out the “diversity and friendliness of the people” as one of the main reasons for relocating to the area.
“The people were a big magnet for me, but I also love the beach and the great shopping and dining options in the area,” he says. “I feel that buying real estate in the Delaware and Maryland coastal communities is a smart idea, both as an investment and from the standpoint of having a great lifestyle.
“This includes the clean beaches and great communities, as well as the abundance of great things to do, like boating, kayaking fishing, golfing or any outdoor activity.”
Robert Mandel currently lives in Millsboro. He has two grown sons who reside outside of Delaware.
Please help us in welcoming all three of these fantastic individuals to our growing team of real estate professionals.
