Once again in 2020, the firm has been named to the annual “REAL Trends/Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” list for the United States.
We work with Tom Ferry regularly, so being recognized once again for this special award is something we don’t take lightly. And to say it’s a real team effort is a gross understatement.
To be included in this annual ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2019. For real estate teams, such as the Oldfather Group, the minimum for inclusion is 75 transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume.
We’re pleased to say that the Oldfather Group finished in the top three in Delaware in both transactions and total sales for 2019, with 335 transactions totaling more than $134 million in sales.
That means we helped over 300 families either buy or sell a home last year. And that’s at the core of our years-long philosophy, helping as many people as possible achieve the “American Dream” of home ownership.

- The annual list recognized only one-and-a-half percent of the 1.4 million Realtors in the United States, but the recognized agents account for more than 10 percent of all transactions in the 50 states, as well as more than 16 percent of all sales volume.
- Nearly 14,500 real estate sales associates from every state in the country are featured in the 2020 rankings, which are compiled based on surveys from virtually every national branded network, as well as many state and local Realtors’ Associations, multiple listing services and more.
- Applicants are vetted in many different ways, including through personal contact, by reaching out to local and state Realtors’ associations and via independent third-party verification.
